New England Prep.

I’m not going to lie, a five-year program in Uni is great.  Instead of graduating like all of my other peers at various collegiate institutions, I chose to take the past year and frolic around Europe.  Rather than worrying about job hunting, I was blessed enough to spend my time strolling along the Seine and count out Forints in Budapest.  It’s really the flexibility of the program which makes it so great.  That being said, upon my return to the States I can’t stand being in class.  No really, if it weren’t for my MacBook I would have put a pen in my eye by now.

Moving forward: being in class gives me time to surf the web and catch up on some reading surrounding the Boston-Metro area.  I stumbled upon a great article from last week’s Globe ranting on Bravo’s new show “NYC Prep.”  Kudos to you Sam Allis for reminding New England readers of a storied culture based on tradition, that most have now long forgotten.

.:let me school you about preppies:.

So let the Boston vs NYC battle continue.
